Canada, the land of milk and honey, seemed like a beacon of hope for some. It was an educational opportunity, a better place to raise children, a place that was chosen. In this presentation, Christina Lord will travel briefly down the paths taken by many to Canada and to London, Ontario, and the circumstances that brought them here.
Lord is a Caribbean-Canadian whose business, Creating Change, focuses on creating inclusive communities - locally, nationally and globally. Having committed 40 years of her professional and personal life to the betterment of others - within Canada, U.S.A, the Caribbean and South America - Christina strives to promote global consciousness and unity.
